Objective of the Program |

|
The broad objective of the e-Hospital Management Program for Executives (training
program) is to improve and update participants’ knowledge of the concept of Hospital
Management and develop skills for adoption of professional approach in the management
of hospitals. |
|
|
The Specific Objectives are as under: |
|
|
- To familiarize and understand the concept of Hospital Management
and its importance in the context of Planning and Designing of Hospitals.
- To understand the importance of Materials Planning and
managing Support Systems for hospitals.
- To acquire the basic skills of Human Resource Management
and Financial Management for effective management of hospitals.
- To enhance the understanding of clinical services and develop
skills to use various quality improvement tools for optimal and effective utilization.
- To develop skills for creation and dissemination of knowledge
through Hospital Management Information System;
- To improve Leadership Quality and learn the process of
effective Team Building.
- To develop skills in convergence of the scope, assessment
and measurement of Quality Assurance Parameters.
