NORMS FOR RECRUITER |
1. The job notification & campus visit confirmation form provides the primary
basis of communicating the details of the positions offered, intended intake and
compensation details to the candidates. It is therefore; highly desirable that the
form is completed in all respects and sent back as soon as possible.
2. For scheduling the arrival of companies/organizations, the following information
must be made available to the placement cell beforehand.
– Number of students intended to be recruited, job profile, location, compensation
& perks offered by the company.
– Eligibility criteria and preferred mode of selection
– Preferred dates for pre-placement talk & final placements.
3. The organization is allotted dates based on the following major parameters:
– Job profile
– Compensation package
– Past record of recruitment at IIHMR, Jaipur
4. Curriculum Vitae of all the listed applicants will be forwarded to the organizations,
if desired, before their campus visit.
5. If an organization desires to conduct off campus selection, the same can be ensured
if the organization informs the Placement Cell 7 days prior to the Placement Week.
6. All the organizations are requested to prepare a probable waiting list in addition
to the list of students short listed for recruitment.
7. Organizations are requested to confirm the final list of selected candidates
in writing within an hour of completing the selection process.
8. In case of any difference of opinion between the organization and the institute,
the IIHMR policy will prevail. Any communication regarding the placements should
