Admission Requirements |
|
|
Candidates aspiring for admission to the PGDHM program are required to fill in an
application form, which can be obtained from the Institute by paying Rs. 1000/-
in cash or by sending a demand draft for Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of "Institute
of Health Management Research", payable at Jaipur. Application forms can also be
downloaded from our website: www.iihmr.org
. In the latter case, applications must be sent along with a DD for Rs. 1000/-
A separate application form for Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management
(PGDPM) / Postgraduate Diploma in Rural management (PGDRM) should be filled in if
a candidate wants to take admission to PGDPM / PGDRM.

Eligibility Requirements
|
For Fresh Graduates
- A Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University with a duration of three years
in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
- Should
have taken any one of the MATs conducted by AIMA on September 2010,
December 2010, February 2011 and May 2011. This year the minimum
cut-off MAT score will be
500.
- Candidates appearing at the final year examination of
the Bachelor’s degree or waiting for the results of their final year degree examinations
in 2011 may also apply. Such candidates, if selected, will be given provisional admission.
They will be required to produce evidence of their graduation within two months
of the start of the session.
For working executives
- A Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University with
a duration of three years in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
- Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience in the
healthcare sector.
- Such candidates are exempted from the requirement of
taking the MAT.
Working executives, who are exempted from the Management Aptitude Test (MAT), should
apply through their employers if already employed, or through the sponsoring agency
if being sponsored. Working executives should also indicate whether they will be
sponsored by their organisations or will be self-sponsored.
